A baby is an angel whose wings decrease as his legs increase.

It is hard to believe that it has been 4 almost 5 months since little Bridger has joined our family. The last 4 months have been a whirlwind. Everyday is new and exciting for Bridger and it is always fun to watch him as he grows and see the world in his eyes.

At 4 months Bridger weighs 12 pounds 9 ounces. He is in the 9th percentile for weight, 50th for his height and 40th for his head.

He is rolling over and watches everything going on around him. He would prefer to be held, which seems to be no problem at this house with plenty of willing hands. He has a very contagious smile and when he laughs you just can't help but join him.

He has discovered his hands. If they aren't in his mouth they are grabbing something to put in there. He is drooling like crazy these days which makes us all wonder how much longer until his little pearly whites will pop up!?!

He has also found a love for cereal. He just can't get enough of it and reaches for the spoon when I am taking to long in between spoonfuls. He almost always needs a bath after eating since he hasn't quite learned his manners yet!!

At 4 months Bridger contracted RSV. Thank heavens it never was bad enough to be hospitalized, however there were many a sleepless nights over here.

While we were at his 4 month checkup his Dr. became a little concerned with his breathing. Bridger has always breathed a little funny...very loud and raspy. I had also been concerned about this and thought possibly it could be a sign that he might have asthma. The Dr. doesn't think so and is hoping it could just be small nasal passages. We are all crossing our fingers that this is just the case since the other possibilities are a little too unnerving to think about right now. We are just playing the waiting game and will revisit the issue at his 6th month checkup.

Bridger is a joy to have in our home. His smile will melt your heart and we just can't seem to get enough of his slobbery little kisses.

FAMILY
I love my family so much. To be apart of a family like mine is so divine, where love is shown hurt is shared our love for each other is never impaired. We talk we laugh we cry, but we are a family and we do it all together. For as a family we do it all as one you hurt one you hurt all and as a family unit we will all stand tall. For we are family a family full of strength a family full of love a family no one can touch. That is why I love my family so much.

A book is like a garden carried in the pocket.
