I thought you were going to help...

I guess you didn't cross your fingers hard enough!
Jake and Christian's team lost last night by a single point!! To make things even worse, after the game was all over the Ref. came up to Jake and told him that he should have called the extra point...our QB really was over the line...he thought it was the 3rd down not the 4Th! SERIOUSLY...what nerve!!

It was an awesome night despite the outcome. Our boys got to play on Cottonwood High school's turf with 21 other teams. It was extremely intense and exciting night and we are proud of our Brighton Gremies!!

Even after they had lost and even though many were bawling Jake had all the boys on the sideline doing their last set of "Bengal Jacks". If tears weren't flowing before they sure were now!! What an awesome team with amazing coaches!! Love ya Jake!
Christian took it pretty hard and sobbed pretty much the rest of the night. It broke my heart to see him so upset. The sad thing is he wasn't crying because they lost but because he won't be seeing his friends 4 times a week!! Their team is very close and many of the boys go to different schools and won't be playing in the same division next year. ....MORE TEARS...

WAY TO GO BENGALS!!! We are so proud of you!

Now on a lighter note...Christian did have a very big cheering section cheering for him...Grandma Ellis came and his sisters and his brother and his friend, and of course we were all dressed in orange and wore signs that said CHRISTIAN HEUGLY'S #1 FAN!!

Alex is such a fan she wore the sign to bed...not to mention her jammies with a very cute gymnastic leotard over the top...SERIOUSLY where did she come from???

We sent her upstairs to get her jammies on and this is what she returned in...

Seriously with a Cheerleader like this...WE SHOULD HAVE WON!!

Sorry they lost, they look good in their uni's and with ref's like that...they for sure should've won!

FAMILY
I love my family so much. To be apart of a family like mine is so divine, where love is shown hurt is shared our love for each other is never impaired. We talk we laugh we cry, but we are a family and we do it all together. For as a family we do it all as one you hurt one you hurt all and as a family unit we will all stand tall. For we are family a family full of strength a family full of love a family no one can touch. That is why I love my family so much.
