Ten years ago today Jake asked me to marry him. I can hardly believe it has been ten years. My how time flies. It truly has been an amazing 10 years and I can honestly say I love him more today than I did the day I said YES!
Chocolate covered strawberries are one of Jakes favorite treats, so with the help of my very talented friend Renee I made some for Jake. We dipped Strawberries in white chocolate and dark chocolate, rolled some in coconut, made tuxedos and wrote sweet messages on them. We didn't just stop there though, we also dipped raspberries, blueberries and my favorite blackberries. Can I just say FAT ATTACK! They say the average person gains 15 pounds over the holidays but I don't think they meant Valentines!
